RiveraCo ("we," "us") is a mobile auto detailing service operating in San Jose, California. This policy explains what we collect when you contact us or submit a form — including a lead form on a Facebook or Instagram ad — and what we do with it.
What we collect
What you give us: your name, phone number, email address, service address, vehicle details, and anything you write in a message or form field.
How you reached us: which ad, page, or form you submitted, and the date and time.
We do not collect payment card numbers on this site. Payments are handled by our payment processor at the time of service.
How we use it
We use your information only to:
Contact you about the service you asked about, quote it, and schedule it;
Provide the service and follow up afterward;
Send you appointment reminders and service-related messages;
Send you occasional offers, if you have agreed to receive them.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Who else sees it
Only the service providers we need to run the business — for example, our scheduling and CRM software, our email or text messaging provider, our payment processor, and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) when you submit a lead form on one of their platforms. Each of them handles your information under their own terms, and only for the purpose of providing that service to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Text messages and calls
If you give us your phone number, you agree we may call or text you about your inquiry and your appointments. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out of further messages; you can still reach us by phone or email.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and customer records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our tax and business record obligations, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and correct personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. To make a request, email us at the address below — we'll respond within 45 days.
To stop marketing email, use the unsubscribe link in any message. To stop texts, reply STOP.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top. The current version always lives at this page.
